I fixed the problem from yesterday
04:18
<@Chalcedon>
it was a dumb one as per usual
04:19
<@ToxicFrog>
?
04:21
<@Chalcedon>
I set it to do something if i == list[-1] (meaning if it was the last item in the list), but of course the correct interpretation is if i is the same as the last item in the list. Caused some interesting issues, however I found and fixed it.
04:38
< Vornicus>
(actually, mibs set it. He should know better)

Has anyone here ever used gettext before?
19:12
<@jerith>
Basically, I have a python app that supports "en" and "zh_CN". I want to add "en_GB" support, identical to the "en" stuff.

<@Chalcedon>
is it normal for my csv parser to write to every second row?
23:31
<@Mahal>
I have no idea.
23:46
< Vornicus-Latens>
Probably not.
23:46
< Vornicus-Latens>
uh...
23:46
< Vornicus-Latens>
hm
23:48
<@Chalcedon>
I think it's because it's picking up a new line character from the end of the line it reads
23:49
< Vornicus-Latens>
It appears to be picking up /two/, actually.
23:49
<@Chalcedon>
well, doesn't the writerow() function add one to the end?
23:49
<@Chalcedon>
although, if it is, that would mean that one of the problems I had and fixed couldn't have been fixed the way I fixed it (does that make any sense?)
23:52
<@Chalcedon>
actually hang on, that text file was useful, it is spitting out a \n, now maybe I can get rid of it.
